Suggestion box: Carrel rooms

It has come to notice that we need to fill same form every time we request for carrel rooms providing same information each time.

This process is not only monotonous but also waste time of staff. I believe the same information provided earlier and already in the system could be used for subsequent applications.

That way, we save cost of printing and reduce carbon footprint.

I hope the team will look into this.

Carrel Rooms Application Form

The form that need to be filled up is not for recording the requester's information only but more importantly, it is used to track the application process such as date of request, date of received, request fulfilled and completed. Thus, staff will be able to inform the requester, progress of the request as and when received the query.
